The Real Estate Hub (or TREH, for short) is a conglomerate of four different companies, all related to the development, commercialization and financing of real estate: New Mérida, Rubik, Escala Urbana and Urbánica.

We were approached by the owners of TREH and tasked with a unique challenge: To create a rebranding for all except one of their brands, all with their distinct personalities, audience and communicative strategies, while also belonging to the same “family” and working together seamlessly. Faced with this design challenge, we chose a strong, grotesque typeface for the main wordmark of TREH, this being the foundation where the rest of the brand identities would flow out of. With its stark, minimalist typographies, textures and color palettes, it firmly posits itself as one of the leading real estate companies in the south of Mexico with a bold and timeless look.
